These are the questions I am most frequently asked:
Q. Is your storage secure?
A. Yes very. I don’t want to go into too much detail for security reasons but I have invested over £80k in up to 3 meter high fencing, Razor wire, CCTV, perimeter roof and internal alarm systems, the facility is staffed, monitored, gates are always closed with fob access only etc etc
Q. What is the minimum storage period?
A. 4 weeks.
Q. How much notice do I have to give to leave?
A. Just 7 days.
Q. Do I have to pay a security deposit and how much?
A. Yes, it varies depending on size of unit and what you are storing, call me for an exact price.
Q. What do you need off me to have storage with you?
A. Photo ID, proof of address (such as a utlity bill or bank statement etc we can’t use photo ID as proof of address), Security deposit , 4 weeks rent upfront and your bank details to set up a Direct Debit for the ongoing payments.
Q. How can I pay?
A. Your first payment can be made by cash or Faster Payments (We no longer accept cards as the fees are too high) the regular payments are taken by Direct Debit.
Q.Will I get a receipt or Invoice?
A. We upload your invoices to the Internet 5 days before we debit your account.
Q. How long can I have storage for?
A. Providing you are not in breach of your agreement with us, as long as you like as its a rolling license agreement. In fact our very first customer from 2013 is still a customer to this day.
Q. When can I access my storage unit?
A. As soon as you have completed all the paper work which takes 20 minutes, immediately. Our regular hours are 4:30am -11:00pm seven days a week including Bank Holidays. We only ever close on Christmas Day.
Q. What size vehicles can I bring in to your storage facility?
A. We allow any vehicle providing it is not an articulated lorry or over 10 meters in length (no height restriction) . We have fantastic access to our units with very wide road ways up 15 meters width in some parts, with ample turning spaces.
Q. Do you provide locks?
A. Yes all our units have secure lock boxes and we provide CISA padlocks for them. You can also put your own locks on the doors for added security. We do not keep any units keys or master keys in our Offices for added security.
